Statement by Mr. Ronald Blackburn Moreno Regarding Proposal for Regulating the Internet

Statement by Mr. Ronald Blackburn Moreno, President and CEO of the ASPIRA Association Regarding the Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski's Proposal for Regulating the Internet

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- Yesterday, the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission announced his intention of bringing before the Commission a long awaited set of "net neutrality" rules. The proposal seeks middle ground between the extensive and damaging regulation that would come with reclassification of the Internet, and reasonable regulation favored by the telecom industry and many advocacy groups.

ASPIRA has long been involved in this issue because of the potential impact of regulation on access to quality Internet service in the Latino community, especially in schools and community centers. ASPIRA's position has been clear. We strongly support an open Internet in which ISPs do not discriminate against content providers. However, we recognize the need for the telecom industry to reasonably manage their wire and wireless networks so they can provide all customers with a quality experience. We are very much opposed to unwarranted regulation, especially in these hard economic times, that would stifle investment in network infrastructure and broadband deployment and hence diminish access and degrade services in our communities.

ASPIRA has consistently taken the position that Congress should resolve the net neutrality issue, not the FCC which is bound by outdated telecommunications legislation. However, the FCC decided to move ahead in absence of Congressional action. Even though we are somewhat encouraged at the attempt at compromise, and though the details of the FCC proposal have not been released, we urge the FCC to be very cautious and to refrain from imposing a broad set of rules that will negatively affect investment, innovation and ultimately the consumer. Most importantly, we again urge Congress to step in and bring the nation's telecommunications legislative framework into the 21st century to address rapidly changing wire and wireless network environment.

ASPIRA is the only national community based organization dedicated exclusively to the education and leadership development of Latino youth. ASPIRA is a confederation of statewide ASPIRA organization operating in eight states and Puerto Rico providing after school programs and operating schools to increase academic success of Latino youth.

I urge others to join me in supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia's Be Great, Philadelphia! campaign," stated John C. Haas.

In addition to Mr. Haas' pledge, the Be Great, Philadelphia campaign has received support from:

Researcher Who Linked Fetal Nutrition to Adult Disease Honored by March of Dimes

30th Anniversary of Agnes Higgins Award Recognizes David Barker, MD, PhD, FRS

DENVER, Nov. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- The world-renowned physician and professor who pioneered the theory linking fetal malnutrition to chronic adult disease will receive the March of Dimes Agnes Higgins Award for outstanding achievement in the field of maternal-fetal nutrition.

Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, president of the March of Dimes, recognized the 30th anniversary of the award and presented it to David Barker, MD, PhD, FRS, physician and professor of Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, and professor in the Department of Medicine at the Oregon Health and Science University, during the American Public Health Association meeting held at the Colorado Convention Center today.

"Dr. Barker proved what Agnes Higgins believed — good nutrition before birth is critical for a healthy life," said Dr. Howse. "The March of Dimes is honored to recognize Dr. Barker's efforts toward our goal of giving more babies a healthy start in life."

More than 20 years ago, Dr. Barker showed for the first time that people who had low birthweight are at greater risk of developing coronary heart disease. In 1995, his theory was dubbed the "Barker Hypothesis" by the British Medical Journal and has become a guiding principle for prenatal care.

Dr. Barker's work built on the foundation laid by Agnes Higgins of Canada's Montreal Diet Dispensary, where Mrs. Higgins helped pregnant women give birth to healthy babies by focusing on the mother's nutritional needs. Services provided at the Dispensary were the precursor of government nutrition programs for pregnant women in the United States, such as WIC, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. The March of Dimes established an award in her name in 1980.

"I am proud to receive this award in honor of Agnes Higgins. My research extends her work to improve the health and nutrition of babies in the womb," said Dr. Barker. "It's what a mother eats throughout her entire lifetime that is important; not just what she eats during pregnancy.

Dr. Barker began his work by exploring why historically poorer areas of England and Wales had disproportionately high death rates from coronary heart disease than other areas. By looking beyond conventional wisdom, which suggested that chronic disease is a function of adult lifestyle, Dr. Barker and his team of researchers discovered a causal relationship between a mother's nutrition and the health of her children as adults. The human fetus responds to malnutrion by changing the structure and function of its body. These changes are permanent and lead to chronic disease, a process known as "the fetal programming of adult disease."

For his work on fetal programming Dr. Barker was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of London. He lectures on maternal-fetal nutrition around the world. His research is widely accepted and has paved the way for further research into the link between maternal-fetal nutrition and chronic diseases later in life such as diabetes, obesity and certain cancers. Dr. Barker received his doctorate from the University of Birmingham and his medical degree from the University of London. He is past president of the Association of Physicians of Great Britain and Ireland. He received the Royal Society Wellcome Gold medal in 1994, the Prince Mahidol Award in 2000, the Danone International Nutrition Award in 2005 and the Ipsen Foundation Prize in 2007.

The March of Dimes is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide, the March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Back Pain and Nerve Pain from Herniated Disc Can Result in Sciatica or Leg Pain

Santa Cruz, CA (PRWEB) August 25, 2010

People who suffer from back pain (http://www.repairmyback.com/index.htm), nerve pain, pinched nerve, herniated disc, sciatica or leg pain can now breathe a sigh of relief. Doctors, scientists and engineers have designed non-surgical treatments that use modern technological advances in computers and medical engineering. As a result, many patients can now avoid back surgery.

Dr. John Falkenroth, D.C. of Back Pain & Sciatica Clinic says “These treatments are perhaps the greatest weapons ever invented against back pain, pinched nerve, herniated disc, sciatica and leg pain.” About 80 % of Americans will experience lower back pain at some point in their lifetime.

Many debilitating back pain are complicated by a herniated disc that causes nerve pain (http://www.repairmyback.com/index.htm) down the buttocks, thighs, legs or foot. This condition is called sciatica. If the pinched nerve is not corrected, the patient may develop weakness of the leg muscles making it hard to walk especially up stairs.

The spinal discs rely on the proper movement of the joints in the back to get nutrients and hydration in and get waste products out. When the back joints are not moving properly, the discs start to fill up with toxic waste. Plus, the lack of fluids and nutrients make the discs severely dehydrated and malnourished.

The dehydration, malnutrition and build up of toxins will cause cracks in the disc. Over time, these cracks will get bigger and bigger. When this happens the jelly-like material in the middle of the disc will seep through the cracks. This is how a herniated disc develops. If the herniated disc pinches the sciatic nerve, the nerve pain can result in sciatica (http://www.repairmyback.com/index.htm) or leg pain.

According to Mayo Clinic, “Being tall increases your risk of disk herniation. Men taller than 5 feet 11 inches and women taller than 5 feet 7 inches appear to have a greater risk of a herniated disk.” The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that Americans are about one inch taller today than they were in 1960. When back pain gets complicated by a herniated disc, sciatica and leg pain are usually also present.

Signs of a back problem include back pain, neck pain, numbness and tingling, muscle weakness, muscle spasm, decreased flexibility, grinding sound with movement and leg pain (http://www.repairmyback.com/index.htm). Anyone experiencing any of these should consult a back pain specialist immediately to prevent the problem from getting worse and to avoid complications. Also, early treatment can minimize the cost to fix it.

Here are tips from Dr. Falkenroth on how to avoid debilitating back pain in the first place. Don’t smoke. Smoking dehydrates your discs and increases your risk for a herniated disc. Maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight, your extra weight causes extra stress on the discs in your lower back. Choose a job that does not require long periods of sitting or long periods of standing in one position. Also, be careful during the first 2 hours of your work shift. This is when you are most likely to hurt your back.

To fight back pain and sciatica, Dr. Falkenroth employs computerized spinal joint analysis and treatment that are very comfortable for patients. One treatment uses a high-tech piezoelectric sensor that detects areas in the patient’s back with abnormal joint motion. It then oscillates up to 12 impulses per second to gently free up the stuck spinal joint.

Another treatment for lower back pain, sciatica, pinched nerve and herniated disc (http://www.repairmyback.com/index.htm) uses a computer-guided gentle traction of the spine that targets a specific herniated disc. This treatment is so comfortable that most patients take a relaxing nap during treatment. Because these high-tech treatments are so easy on the patients and deliver outstanding results, they are becoming increasingly popular among patients who suffer from back pain, herniated disc, sciatica, leg pain, nerve pain or pinched nerve.

Patients that use these treatments love the results. According to one patient, “I went to see five other doctors before finding Dr. Falkenroth, all with some results, but not with results that Dr. Falkenroth has given me. I am very happy that I found him when I did. He’s very very good at what he does.” Some patients even drive over 5 hours one way to receive these treatments.

For more information on these breakthrough treatments, go to www.repairmyback.com. Santa Cruz county residents who want to find out if they might benefit from these treatments can schedule a free consultation with Dr. Falkenroth by simply calling his office at (831) 475-8600.

Essential Information for Beginning or Improving Emergency Preparedness Planning -- Family or Business

Nevada City, CA (PRWEB) August 25, 2010

As current events become more critical to the conscientious preparedness and contingency planner, reliable and accurate information and guidance has become more vital. While governmental and Red Cross websites are of great service in alerting the public to the importance of emergency and disaster preparedness, and offering basic information, more detailed and specific guidelines are recommended.

Denis Korn, with over 35 years experience as a recognized expert in preparedness and outdoor recreation safety planning, has created two web resources for the preparedness and contingency planner. PrepareDirect (http://www.preparedirect.com) is the product site with quality items and provisions, and Learn To Prepare (http://learntoprepare.com) is the information blog.

Learn To Prepare is devoted to specific and accurate information, guidelines, tips, links, resources, recommendations and step by step instruction for the serious emergency prepper, outdoor adventurer and corporate contingency planner for human resources. In conjunction with the specific preparedness topics, Mr. Korn has drawn upon his background as a college philosophy instructor to offer insights and reflections on other important factors that influence the preparedness process such as attitude, honesty and trust.

While there are numerous timely and relevant articles and posts relating to emergency and disaster preparedness planning at Learn To Prepare, Beginning & Improving Preparedness Planning (http://learntoprepare.com/beginning-and-improving-preparedness-planning/) is appropriate for both the new and continuing planner. This article will assist anyone who is serious about preparedness with the right questions to answer, guidelines, action steps and potential emergency scenarios.

The article presents a guideline that can be followed which will lead one on an important journey to being prepared in the event of any number of potentially unexpected events. This process is basically undertaken in three phases – each one of which will take as much time as one wishes to devote, and the degree of urgency that is being experienced.

1. First, there is an initial assessment necessary to determine the direction you are heading.
2. Second, there is further evaluation, research, and planning required to develop a firm foundation for the third phase, and to develop the clarity required for appropriate and accurate decision making.
3. Third, there is taking action and assembling the appropriate provisions and critical information you have determined are necessary for your security and peace of mind. This phase is ongoing as you continue to evaluate, research, and build up your supplies and information.

The article begins the preparedness process with 6 basic questions that one is encouraged to answer that will lead along the matrix to the final destination. The first 3 questions are most critical and will establish a foundation for discovery:

What is your attitude concerning emergency preparedness?
What are the circumstances or scenarios and their severity you have determined may exist that will require you to rely upon your preparedness supplies?
What is the length of time you will be affected during these scenarios that you will be required to rely on your preparedness supplies?

The committed individual, family and business is encouraged to study carefully the articles and posts presented at Learn To Prepare. Taking the appropriate steps in emergency preparedness can ensure health, well-being and possibly the saving of lives.

Hyundai Introduces its All-New Car, the Compact i35 -- Powerful, Strong and Very Safe

(PRWEB) August 25, 2010

The Hyundai (http://www.hyundai.co.nz/) i35 is the latest edition of Hyundai’s most popular model worldwide, it reflects the powerful brand’s latest Fluidic Sculpture philosophy and the newly evolved Wind Craft design.

Featuring the Gamma 1.6-litre GDI engine and 6-speed automatic transmission developed entirely in-house, it goes on sale in Korea this month (August) and is due in New Zealand early next year.

“This new replacement for the Elantra (http://www.hyundai.co.nz/new-cars/elantra/) will most likely provide the best styling and performance in its class,” explained the Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai New Zealand, Tom Ruddenklau.

“It has a sportier and even more progressive image than its predecessor, and it will continue the successful Hyundai formula of optimum technology and powertrain to deliver class-leading performance and fuel efficiency (http://www.hyundai.co.nz/about-hyundai/news-and-events/Hyundai%20announces%20goal%20to%20extend%20fuel%20effciency%20leadership).” The i35 will sip just 6.0l/100km*.

Although the i35 is a completely new vehicle, it’s the fifth generation of the model’s lineage which has racked up cumulative sales of 6 million units worldwide and high recognition from a number of world renowned car-rating agencies.

“We are confident this model will once again make a great impact worldwide in addition to the domestic market,” said the President and CEO of Hyundai Motor, Steve S. Yang.

The all-new, powerful and fuel efficient 4-cylinder Gamma 1.6 Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engine delivers a peak output of 140ps at 6,300 RPM and maximum torque of 17.0kg/m.

GDI technology doesn’t only boost power output: it also improves fuel economy.

The i35’s commitment to extreme fuel efficiency continues with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture design philosophy reflects sophistication and dynamic lines into the shape of vehicles, while Wind Craft has its design motives in the flowing movement of air and the i35’s artistic sculpture.

Like Hyundai’s latest models ix35 the compact SUV and i45 sedan, the i35’s outer design is highlighted by bold, dynamic graphic elements such as hexagonal front grille and dramatically swept back headlamps. Alloy wheels (15-, 16- or 17-inch) complete its assertive stance.

The new i35 will delight and surprise with a raft of other advanced features not found on other compacts, including Smart Parking Assist System (SPAS) that assist the driver when slipping between two cars parked in single file by automatically controlling only the steering wheel using ultrasonic sensors, HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlamps, LED combination lamps in the rear, heated rear seats, puddle lamps and a color TFT LCD information display nestled in the gauge cluster.

Typically being Hyundai, the i35 is strong on safety features. VSM (Vehicle Stability Management), which helps vehicles stay in a stable position, is applied for the first time in its class. Side & curtain airbags as well as active headrest are provided as basic features. High-tech safety features such as TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), ESS (Emergency Stop Signal) are also available.

*Fuel consumption applies to the 1.6 GDI A/T model

Balanced Days, Balanced Lives shares the stories of 42 NutriMirror members—representative of thousands more—who are successfully managing their weight and nutritional balance with the online food journal. But the book expands on the philosophy behind NutriMirror to show readers how even non-members can make simple, easy lifestyle changes to create calorie and nutritional balance (http://www.nutrimirror.com)—and to achieve lifelong weight control success.

Authors of Lessons to My Children Issue Three Simple Financial Back-to-School Basics for Students and Parents

Washington, DC (Vocus) August 25, 2010

The authors of LESSONS TO MY CHILDREN: Simple Life Lessons for Financial Success, Wealth and Abundance (http://www.lessonstomychildren.com) are offering the following financial back to school basics:

•Students should have just one credit card. Preferably, students should use a bank debit card or a pre-paid credit card to avoid sinking into debt and/or harming their credit rating. If a student must have a traditional credit card shop for one with a low interest rate and no monthly or annual fee. Pay off the card in full and before the due date every month to build a solid credit rating.
•Students should write themselves a “reality check.” Know what you can spend – and what you can’t - and don’t charge anything you can’t pay off in full when the credit card comes due.
•Start saving now by paying yourself first. Putting away just 10% of every paycheck, birthday check, or graduation gift in an interest bearing savings account that isn’t linked to your ATM card will pay off in the long run. The key is to not tap into that account, unless an emergency arises. Time plus money equals more money – it’s as simple as that.

“Parents and students often assume the financial basics of life are taught in high school or college. The sad fact is, kids are walking away with degrees, but not necessarily the life skills that will lead them to financial success and, ultimately, financial independence from their parents,” said Navigator Wealth Management founder and co-author Mark Cohen, “Our book is a simple curriculum of success that every parent should share with their children.”

“We believe every student should head back to school with a copy of this book in their backpack,” said Navigator Wealth Management CEO and co-author Wes Burnett, “It’s Personal Finance 101 – the simple life lessons that will shape students’ futures by shaping how they handle their money. And the earlier they start, the brighter their future will be. We’ve shared a few important basics here, but the book is a comprehensive toolkit for success.”

Students and their parents are encouraged to explore the savings and budgeting calculators located on the book's website (http://www.lessonstomychildren.com/tools.htm).

About the Book:

LESSONS TO MY CHILDREN illustrates the basics of financial literacy - from budgeting to investing – with real life stories, time tested practices, and easy to understand advice that will help both parent and child take control of their financial futures. Lessons to My Children is the financial advice every parent should give their children – and the wisdom children of all ages should follow!

In fact, according to estimates by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, one-third of the workforce is now self-employed or freelance. As a growing portion of the labor force continues to shift in this direction (a 10% year-to-date increase, according to SurePayroll's Small Business Scorecard Review in July) many of these professionals are now seeking better ways to not just survive -- but to thrive -- in the new “gig economy.”

International Freelancers Day (www.internationalfreelancersday.com (http://internationalfreelancersday.com)) is a global initiative to celebrate independent workers and the tremendous impact they have on our economic growth.

The celebration will connect independent workers everywhere through a free, two-day “online video” conference. More than 100,000 viewers and hundreds of local “meet-ups” and viewing parties are expected throughout the U.S. and around the world.

"With many economists and thought leaders heralding the arrival of the ‘freelance economy,’ there’s never been a better time to celebrate freelancers and solo professionals the world over," says Ed Gandia, co-author of The Wealthy Freelancer and one of the co-hosts of the conference. AskMyAdvocate.com (http://www.askmyadvocate.com), your personal healthcare navigators and leader in patient advocacy services announced today that they have completed their name change from Medical Billing Advocates of Florida and launched their new consumer web site, AskMyAdvocate.com. In conjunction with this announcement, the Company also confirmed that it had finalized its spinoff from Putnam Healthcare Services and is now an independent entity.

AskMyAdvocate.com was launched to provide healthcare consumers with access to a comprehensive suite of patient advocacy (http://www.askmyadvocate.com/why-advocacy.aspx) services that, until now, have not been readily available. Expanding on a decade-long history in healthcare, successfully negotiating client savings on medical bills through a proactive audit process with providers and payers, AskMyAdvocate.com helps consumers with challenges in the following service areas (http://www.AskMyAdvocate.com/services.aspx): Medical Billing Disputes, Insurance Denial Appeals, Prescription Drug Pricing Comparison, Diagnosis Research, My Health Plan, Provider Referrals, Provider Fee Negotiating, Case and Care Management, Nursing Home Research and Assisted Living Coordination.

The Company's services are provided to clients on an as-needed basis by professional Case Advocates; however, AskMyAdvocate.com's new low-cost annual membership program offers complimentary services and consultations, members-only discounts and service credits, as well as toll free telephone access to the AskMyAdvocate.com Member Care team. AskMyAdvocate.com services are also offered as a package to employers who want to augment their benefits program (http://www.askmyadvocate.com/Services.aspx) with a high-value cost-effective resource that provides healthcare-related tools and guidance to employees who might otherwise direct inquiries to an often understaffed or unqualified Human Resources Department.

"We work hard for our members to help them understand all of the options available to them and are a strong voice on their behalf when challenges arise. Our comprehensive package of services helps healthcare consumers maximize their insurance benefits and get better results from their care providers." Ms. Inglett also indicated that they regularly save their members thousands of dollars on their medical bills through the audit process or by negotiating directly with providers or insurance companies.

AskMyAdvocate.com also announced today that it is offering new members an account credit of up to $100.00 for use toward the Company's premium advocacy services. Already a success, this program is expected to continue through December 31, 2010.

AdXplore Announces 90,000 New Jobs in the U.S. for People with iPhones

Silicon Valley, CA (PRWEB) August 25, 2010

AdXplore is recruiting iPhone owners to become Independent Sales Reps (ISR’s) who will work directly with locally-owned businesses to create effective, low-cost mobile-optimized advertising and coupons on the AdXplore ad network. In addition to its advertising search capabilities, the free AdXplore iPhone app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adxplore/id369958123?mt=8&uo=6) has every tool an ISR needs to set up a business account, then create and post their advertising entirely from an iPhone without ever leaving the premises.

Most small business owners and managers are too busy running their business to learn a do-it-yourself advertising site like Google AdWords. An AdXplore ad rep will set up their mobile advertising (http://sales.adxplore.net/how-we-create-ads/) for $150, less expensive than almost any other form of advertising, with $120 going directly back to the ISR as compensation (http://sales.adxplore.net/compensation/), keeping jobs and dollars in the community.

Applications are now being accepted via the company’s website, http://sales.adxplore.net (http://sales.adxplore.net).

“Our goal is to put a location-based mobile-advertising representative on the street in every one of the 90,000 cities in the U.S. Some of the larger cities will accommodate 10 or more mobile advertising reps.” says Steve Russ, founder of AdXplore. “With the benefit of absolutely no start-up costs beyond the iPhone they already have, we can put thousands of people back to work immediately and empower the Think Local/Shop Local movement at the same time. We’re providing the missing ‘Search Local’ piece necessary to fulfill their mission.”

AdXplore is currently developing free search engines for every other mobile platform that allow consumers to search, shop and save locally, to keep dollars circulating in our own communities. Unlike the social networking check-in model of other location-based services like Facebook Places, Foursquare, Gowalla and Booyah, AdXplore maintains everyone’s privacy by allowing them to search for and shop anonymously. On the AdXplore network, advertising is not targeted nor pushed (http://main.adxplore.net/push-vs-pull-advertising/) at consumers. With AdXplore, people search for what they want when they’re ready to buy—no gimmicks, games or strings attached.

“We’ve created a competitive advantage for locally owned businesses by providing them with cost-effective state-of-the-art mobile advertising and we’ve made corporate social responsibility our number one priority in this effort to reinvigorate our economy.” says Russ.

Pearson Honors Environmentally Friendly Utah Facility

Sandy, UT (PRWEB) August 25, 2010

In line with Pearson's commitment to environmentally sound practices, the education services and technology company today commemorated its Sandy, Utah, facility for its LEED-Certified (Commercial Interiors) status, established by the U.S. Green Building Council and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute. LEED -- The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - is the nation's preeminent program for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

The LEED certification is a first for Pearson, achieved through environmentally friendly construction and development practices. The facility was designed with high-efficiency lighting and controls to reduce energy usage, mostly recycled furniture and construction materials, finishes fabricated from sustainable sources, plumbing that conserves water, and materials and configuration that maximize natural lighting and maintain optimal air flow throughout the building.

Day-to-day activities in the facility are eco-friendly as well. Employees utilize re-usable materials in the kitchen and drink from a water filtration system to reduce bottled water waste, while daily maintenance is performed with environmentally sound cleaning products.

Steve Curtis, president of Pearson's Data Solutions Group that shares the facility with the Pearson Learning Technologies group, said, "When it came time to move to a new facility to accommodate our growing team, we were pleased to be given the opportunity to upgrade to state-of-the-art green facility. The abundance of natural light, views, and air quality present in this facility enhance employee comfort while being environmentally responsible."

Upon moving to this new facility, Pearson also worked with the Revive program at Green Solutions North America to help repurpose unneeded office furniture from the old facility, directing it towards local charities, schools, and non-profit organizations as its first priority. All materials and products that could not be re-used were taken apart and recycled, with the barest minimum going to landfill.
"Working closely with our core design team and end-users, Pearson earned its first LEED certification, a great achievement for the company," said Anthony Musto, Pearson's Vice President, Project Management. "Not only is the new facility environmentally sound, but its design enhances the daily workspace experience for our employees. We expect to continue to work to attain LEED status and eco-friendly new facilities while upgrading existing locations to higher energy efficiencies."

Musto managed the project in collaboration with Donae Viertel, Facility Director, Pearson. Dorothy Zarnik, Principal, The Aztec Corporation, oversaw the implementation of the specifications and design.
